Step 1
Remove your back door and battery (this is important, remember battery need to remove)

Step 2
Remove the broken glass, you need to heat up the glass, Heat Gun needed, if you don't have one, use hair dryer replace, but we recommend the heat gun.
If you find the glass is difficult to remove, you can re-heat the glass.

Step 3
After you remove the broken glass, please clean the digitizer, also it looks much scratch after you clean, but don't worry, it can't be effect the use.

Step 4
Check your new glass, if the back side with the adhesive, you can see step 5(but we also recommend to use the 3M adhesive at the same time),
if it without adhesive, you can use the 3M adhesive.

Step 5
Put new glass on your iPhone 6S Plus 5.5'', done.
